A globetrotter and food lover since birth, Meredith was seemingly bred to love the hospitality industry. She has spent 20 years working in the restaurant/travel industry in various capacities including front- and back-of-house service, events and public relations. Her specialty is discovering unknown talents and concepts and guiding them to national acclaim including Food & Wine “Best New Chef” titles, TODAY and GMA appearances, and James Beard attention.
